ANALISA BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI PENILAIAN KINERJA PADA RUMAH SAKIT AT-TAUROH AL ISLAMI SLEMAN

Abstract

A good corporate manajemen is an important factor tobe considered by the business organisation. A corporate needs a management system to be developed based on the business environtment. The corporate uses the management system that can compete dan grow better. Work measurement is one of important factors to the corporate to be applied in evaluating the corporate success and in determining basic incomes. Many corporates using traditional measurements do not focus on managers but on financial aspects. A succesful manager who gets high profits will be valued and gets a good income from the corporate. This research used Balanced Scorecard Analysis to evaluate work measurement at At-tauroh Al Islami Hospital, Sleman. Three main perspectives used through Balanced Scorecard Analysis were consumer perspective (customer satisfaction measurement), business internal perspective (measurement of BTO, GDR, NDR) learning and growth perspective (productivity, employee satisfaction, employee retention). The results of the measurement using Balanced Scorecard Analysis were as follows: the calculation of consumer satisfaction was 70,52 (catagorized as high), the calculation of BTO value in 2015-2017 increased 2,81 times, NDR declined 1,04%, GDR increased 15%. Employee productivity increased 123503,62.
