URGENSI KEPERCAYAAN TIM KERJA DAN KEEFEKTIFAN DALAM ORGANISASI PERSPEKTIF MANAJEMEN

Abstract

Trust is an essential factor in constructing employees' loyalty and their firmness on commitment to the organization environment. In organizations, trust becomes a main factor for their survivals. Without images of trustful institutions, is it possible organizations develop their visions and missions and expand their members? Or, without trust among teamwork, is it possible organizations optimally reach their targets and objectives? Indeed, this shows the urgency of teamwork trust and the effect of it for organizations' survivals. This paper is an endeavor to get to know further about the urgency of teamwork trust and the effect of it in organizations in management's perspective.
