Abstract

This research aims to test compensation influence, training, and development towards official performance at home ill Saint Elisabeth Bantul Yogyakarta. Besides also aim to detect which factor dominant give influence to official performance. Sample taking technique in this watchfulness non probability by using technique sampling satisfied. tool statistic that used doubled regression test, test t, and determination test. Based on research that done known that to three variable (compensation, training, and development) have influence enough significant towards official performance. Besides also known that training gives dominant influence in increases official performance at home ill Saint Elisabeth Bantul Yogyakarta.
