Abstrak

This research aim to know how far the consumer satisfaction which is hence of Honda Civic, Accord and CR-V car in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Market Area, to find out the level of the customer satisfaction and also to know the most consumer satisfaction lick lips among 3 sample of the above mentioned.

Become inferential that consumer satisfaction which is hence car of Honda Civic, Accord and CR-V in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Market Area, they are at equal satisfied level, and all of them are not significant differences of their satisfaction. And also consumer of most Honda CR-V car lick lips compared to with the consumer of Honda Civic and Accord car.
