ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PKU MUHAMMADIYAH DELANGGU KLATEN – JAWA TENGAH

Abstrak

This research aims to detect to what them influence significant between work motivation and work satisfaction towards official work productivity RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu Klaten - Central Java. This research also want to defect which factor dominantest in increase work productivity. Analysis tool that used in this research doubled regression analysis. Based on statistics analysis result is known that is hypothesis third proved where motivation and has influence significant in work productivity. From data inferential that work satisfaction variable (x2) influence and dominant towards official work productivity (y) in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu Kiaten - Central Java as big as 0,648 and work motivation variable (xl) has influence towards official work productivity (y) in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu Klaten - Central Java as big as 0,490.
