Abstrak

This research wants to detect to what there work environment influence and working
safety towards hospital official work productivity Ghrasia. In this research uses entire
populations as sample because population total Jes0 than 100. Analyzer that used in
thisresearch test t and determination test. Based on research that done so at know that
variab.'e has influence significant in official work productivity. Where work environment
contribution in influence administration official work productivity at home ill Grhasia
Yogyakarta as big as 35, 1% and for working safety gives contribution as big as 38,6%.
