EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN KARTU KREDIT PEMERINTAH (KKP) DALAM MENINGKATKAN TRANSPARANSI KEUANGAN NEGARA PADA KPPN DUMAI

Abstrak

This research aims to see the application of Government Credit Cards (KKP) to KPPN Dumai based on the assessment of effectiveness and transparency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of KKP at KPPN Dumai was in accordance with applicable regulations. The effectiveness of the implementation of the KKP at the Dumai KPPN is considered less effective when viewed from effectiveness measurements such as goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The transparency of state financial management using the KKP is considered transparent. This study provides an overview of the level of effectiveness of the use of KKP which is expected to be able to improve the implementation of public services to be more effective, efficient and transparent for the community.
