Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work discipline together on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Semarang Regency, Central Java. The population in this study amounted to 49 people, while the sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The results of this study shows that the magnitude of the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance is 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables.
