MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS MELALUI DARING DI AKADEMI MANAJEMEN ADMINISTRASI YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Management in general is an integral part of the whole learning process. In the learning process, management functions as a tool to help encourage the realization of learning objectives. The learning management stage includes activities in the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The aims of this research are 1)

to know the planning of English learning online, 2) to know the implementation of English learning online, and 3) to know the evaluation of English learning online. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative with the research subjects being lecturers who teach English courses with the students they support. The results show that 1) 83% of lecturers have made lesson plans for semester learning plans (RPS) that have been specifically designed forEnglish learning online, 2) 91% of lecturers carry out English learning online according to the plans that have been made, and 3 ) 80% of lecturers stated that they encountered obstacles in carrying out English learning online during the pandemic.
