PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstrak

This research was conducted at STIE IEU Yogyakarta to know the effect of job training and competence on employee performance. This research is with descriptive – causal method. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires using research of 30 respondents and using the saturated sample technique method, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that job training and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.745 or 74.5%.
