PEMODELAN SISTEM PENDUKUNG PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK ANALISIS KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK

Abstrak

The delay of a work in a project is probably caused by many factors both internal and external. To anticipate the problem, it needs an effectively and immediately decision making of a manager. In order to obtain the decision, it is necessary to formulate a support system integrating the knowledge of construction management specialists with the condition of construction project delay.

In the modelling analysis process, it will be used the Schedule Performance Index, then connected with the matrix potential to cause the delay and its recommendation. One of important factors dealing with the modelling is a comprehended to the existing system and the problem that its program application will be formulated. Therefore, it will be conducted an interview with some of construction management specialists. The interview is also meant to obtain a description about the causes of the existence of project delay and its recommendation.

The model output of the program application is grouped into three categories namely list of works in delay, list of possibilities causing a delay, and guideline/ recommendation to prevent a further delay. In this model, it will be used a case study of University Negeri of Yogyakarta project to try out the formulated program application.
