ANALISIS PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM DANA PENSIUN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI RUMAH SAKIT GRHASIA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

This research aims to detect to what found which are positive influence and significant between pension fund program execution toward official work motivation at RS. Ghrasia Yogyakarta. This research uses 60 samples that is official non medical RS. Ghrasia Yogyakarta. Data analysis method that uses to answer troubleshoot or research question; (1)qualitative data analysis method covers respondent special characteristics data analysis, (2) qualitative data analysis method cover validity test, and test reliability, t test with determination coefficient test. Test result significant, got t test count as big as 4,788> from t table 1,6716, so Ho averse and Ha accepted to mean independent variable pension fund program is good guesser towards variable dependent work motivation. For t test, got t count as big 27,825> from t table 1,6716, so Ho averse and Ha be accepted to mean pension fund program independent variable, inferential: there which are positive influence and significant toward variable dependent official work motivation. While determination coefficient (r²) that used good enough to detect pension fund program independent variable influence magnitude toward variable dependent work motivation with number as big as 0,930 or 93%.
