ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN WANITA DI SEKTOR INFORMAL

Abstrak

This study aims to examine the effect of age variables (X1), education level (X2), working hours (X3), and working capital (X4) on women's income in the informal sector (case study of female traders in Pasar Kalasan Sleman District). In this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 50 female traders in Pasar Kalasan Sleman District, with a list of questions that have been prepared. As for secondary data obtained from the data literature, data from related agencies, and bibliography.

In the sample determination, this study used a total sampling technique or a saturated sample that uses all the population as a sample of 50 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the variables of working hours (X3) and working capital (X4) have a positive and significant effect on the income of women in the Informal Sector (case study of female traders in Pasar Kalasan Sleman District). While the age variable (X1) and education level (X2) did not significantly influence the income of women in Informal Sector (case study of female traders in Pasar Kalasan Sleman District).
