PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI RSPAU dr. S. HARDJOLUKITO YOGYAKARTA
Abstrak
This study aims to prove whether intrinsic motivation consisting of factors (success, appreciation, work itself, responsibility, progress) has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee work performance in the hospital. This research was conducted at RSPAU, Dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta. The population in this study were non-medical employees at the Home with 97 employees where these employees were as many as 21 Civil Servants (PNS) and 76 in the Military Air Force Central Hospital Dr. S. Hardjolukito. From the tests conducted partially by t test, it can be seen that the success variable (X1) and the recognition variable (X2) are proven to have an influence on employee performance (Y) at RSPAU, Dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta, while the work variable itself (X3), responsibility variable (X4), and progress variable (X5) are not proven to have an influence on employee performance (Y) at RSPAU, Dr. S. Hardjolukito Yogyakarta. From the tests carried out simultaneously using the F test, it was found that the success variable (X1), recognition (X2), the work itself (X3), responsibility (X4), and progress (X5) simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on achievement. employee work (Y) at RSPAU, Dr. S.
