ANALISIS PERBEDAAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BERDASARKAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA PUSKESMAS DANUREJAN I YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

This study was conducted at the Yogyakarta Danurejan I Health Center with the aim of finding out the analysis of differences in employee performance based on the work environment of the Yogyakarta Danurejan I Health Center.

The population in this study were all employees of the Danurejan I Yogyakarta Public Health Center. This study uses a non probability sampling method. Sampling in this study was 33 respondents. In this study also uses primary data and the type of research used is a type of quantitative research, while the tools used in the form of questionnaires.

The data analysis method used to answer this research problem is the Chi Square test (X2). The results of testing validity and reliability for the questionnaire obtained results that all items used in the statement are valid and reliable.

The results of the chi square test with X2 tables at db = 2-1: 1, at a significance level of 0.05 were 3.841 indicating that the tenuous relationship was a non physical work environment with the presence of presence χ_h ^ 2 = 1.094 and the contingency coefficient (Cstd = 0.251) . Employee welfare with work quantity χ_h ^ 2 = 1.581 and contingency coefficient (Cstd = 0.299). Employee welfare with quality of work χ_h ^ 2 = 1.622 and contingency coefficient (Cstd = 0.302).
