PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR PERILAKU KEWIRAUSAHAAN TERHADAP KESIAPAN PELAKU WIRAUSAHA DI AREA BANDARA NEW YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (NYIA) DI KULON PROGO YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

This research has two objectives, (1) to understand the influence of some variables such as
proactive behavior, achievement orientation, and commitment to partners into the readiness of
enterpreneurs in New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) area, and (2) to determine the
most significant variable which influence dominantly to the enterpreneurs in that area.
The research is aimed to the enterpreneurs who have activities around NYIA area in less than
1 km length. Sampling method of this research ia purposive sampling. Primary data were collected
from 100 respondent by quitioners. Independent variable (X) are proactive behavior (x1),
achievement orientation (X2) and commitment to partners (X3) while the readiness of
entrepreneurs is become its dependent variable (Y).
A reggresion correlation is resulted by this research as follow Y = 2,209 + 455X1 +376X2 +
308X3. Both of hypothetical test include partial (t test) and simultanous (F test) show that all
independent variables have t and F value bigger than table and its significant value is less than
0,05. Therefore the conclusions of this research are (1) proactive behavior, achievement orientation
and commitment have significantly influence to the readiness of enterpreneurs arround NYIA area
and (2) The most variable influence to the readiness of the enterpreneurs in NYIA area is proactive
behavior.
