PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI GURU DAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH PADA KINERJA GURU SMK MA’ARIF TEGALREJO DAN SMK SYUBBANUL WATHON KECAMATAN TEGALREJO KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there was an effect of teacher certification and
principals' leadership on teacher performance and to find out how much it affected both partially
and simultaneously. After knowing the effect of teacher certification and leadership of the principal on teacher performance both partially and simultaneously so that it can be a motivation for both the teacher and the principal to further improve their performance. This research was conducted by giving a questionnaire containing questions about the principal's leadership variables and teacher certification to teachers in SMK Ma'arif Tegalrejo and SMK Syubbanul Wathon, Tegalrejo Subdistrict, Magelang District. The results of the study with the SPSS program showed that the Principal Leadership and teacher certification had a significant influence both partially with the t test for the principal's leadership variables obtained t count> t table (4.324> 1.669) and for teacher certification variables t count> t table (2,229> 1,669). While simultaneously for the F test obtained F count> Ftable (17.258> 3.15). So that with the results of the above research, the objectives of this study can be achieved.
