PENGARUH SAFETY LEADERSHIP DAN SAFETY CULTURE TERHADAP KESELAMATAN PENERBANGAN PADA PT. LION MENTARI AIRLINES

Abstract

This research aims to gets the influence of safety leadership and safety culture on the the Lion Mentari Airlines flight safety. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique uses questionnaires to 97 people with criteria of employee at PT. Lion Mentari Airlines and minimum 20 years old. The data analyis technique use multiple linear regression analysis. The result indicate a positive and significant effect of safety leadership and safety culture on the the Lion Mentari Airlines flight safety, with 0.645 (64.5%) determination coefficient (R Square).
