PROBLEM IMPLEMENTASI PERMENDAGRI NO 59/2007 BAGI DAERAH

Abstrak

The Ministerial of Public Affair regulation number 5912007 (Permendagri) about the local government financial management that are revised edition from the same regulation number 13/2006 give a short lime space for implemented to local government. Beside complexity of the chart, many form must be understanding, and availability of accountant a little; so many problems that need comprehensive solution if the Permendagri should be optimum implemented. On the other side, needed effort to eliminate resistance of the Parliament, because Petmendagri cutting expenditure function of the Parliament. This article was discuse those complexity problems.
