PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA STIE IEUPAWEDA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

This study is entitled "The Effect of Academic Information Systems and Academic Information System Service Quality on Student Satisfaction of STIE IEUpaweda Yogyakarta".

It aimed to find out whether the academic information system and service quality of the Academic Information System affect the students' satisfaction in STIE IEUpaweda Yogyakarta partially and simultaneously.

The result that calculated t value for the academic information system (X1) which was greater than the t table value (1.974) of 38.793 of the test showed that there was an influence of academic information system variables (X1) on the student satisfaction (Y) in STIE IEU Yogyakarta. For the variables of the service quality of Academic Information System (X2) which obtained that the t count value was smaller than the t table value (1.974) of -0.699 of the test showed that there was no influence of the information service quality of the Academic Information System (X2) on the student satisfaction (Y) in STIE IEUpaweda Yogyakarta.

From the results of the F count test, the calculated F value was greater than the F table value (3.05) of 754.165. It means that the academic information system variable (X1) and the service quality of the Academic Information System (X2) simultaneously had a significant influence on the students’ satisfaction in STIE IEUpaweda Yogyakarta.
