ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN MIMIKA – PAPUA

Abstrak

This study aims to prove whether work motivation and work discip!ine affect the work productivity of the Mimika Regency Genera! Hospita! emp!oyees both partia!!y and thorough!y, how much inf!uence the work motivation and work discip!ine have on the work productivity of the Mimika Regency Genera! Hospita! emp!oyees both partia!!y and overa!!, and which variab!es between work motivation or work discip!ine have a dominant inf!uence on the work productivity of the Mimika Regency Genera! Hospita! emp!oyees. This research was conducted at the Mimika Regency Regiona! Genera! Hospita! J!. Yosudarso Timika - Papua with 100 respondents. This type of research is research with surveys, name!y, research conducted on !arge and sma!! popu!ations, but the data studied is data from samp!es taken from the popu!ation, with the distribution of questionnaires given and co!!ected direct!y from respondents. The resu!ts showed that (1) Motivation Variab!es affect the Work Productivity of Mimika Regency Genera! Hospita! Emp!oyees at 0.342 with a significance of 0,000 whi!e the Work Discip!ine variab!es affect the Mimika Regency Genera! Hospita! District Emp!oyee Productivity by 0.661 with a significance of 0.000 partia!!y, (2) The Motivation and Work Discip!ine variab!es affect the Work Productivity of the Mimika Regency Pub!ic Hospita! Emp!oyees as much as 0.944 as a who!e, and (3) The independent variab!e (Motivation and Work Discip!ine) the most dominant variab!e inf!uencing the Mimika Regency Regiona! Pub!ic Hospita! Emp!oyee Productivity is the Discip!ine variab!e Work that is proven to have the greatest regression coefficient va!ue is 0.661.
