Health has become a very important need for society today. Currently the service industry in the health sector is one of the promising business opportunities with fast growth and high competition. One of the facilities for the service industry in the health sector is a hospital. A person in achieving the healing he hopes for

sometimes needs help from other parties, including the hospital. The hospital is one of the agencies authorized to provide health services to the wider community.

Hospitals in providing health services cannot promote openly like other organizations because of government regulations. In this regard, it is very important for a hospital to be able to attract patients to choose to use the health services provided by the hospital. Some of the efforts made by the hospital to attract patients

include price, facilities and location. Based on this, the research problem of this study is whether price, facilities and location have a significant influence on the decision to use Dr. Soetarto hospital Yogyakarta? A total of 100 non-BPJS respondents' answers were used to test the proposed hypothesis using purposive

sampling technique. Hypothesis testing techniques use multiple regression. The results showed that price, facilities and location had a significant effect on the decision to use Dr. Soetarto hospital Yogyakarta.
