PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Hotel Jambuluwuk Malioboro Boutique Hotel
Yogyakarta with a sample of 150 respondents selected by the Non Probability Sampling technique
and then analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method.
The results of multiple linear regression tests indicate that the variables of organizational
culture, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
Hypothesis testing shows the t test that the influence of organizational culture is evidenced by tcount
(5.889)> ttable (1.6558) and regression coefficient of 0.331 with a significant level of 0.000 whose
value is below 0.05, influential leadership style is proved by tcount (2.320)> ttable (1.6558) and
coefficient Regression of 0.211 with a significant level of 0.022 whose value is below 0.05 and work
motivation has an effect proved by tcount (3.045)> ttable (1.6558) and a regression coefficient of
0.176 with a significant level of 0.003 whose value is below 0.05.Hypothesis testing shows the F test that organizational culture variables, leadership style
and work motivation significantly influence the performance of Jambuluwuk Malioboro Boutique
Hotel Yogyakarta employees proven by Fcount (29,065)> Ftable (2,669) with a significance level
of 0,000 with a value below 0.05. Of the three independent variables, the organizational culture
variable which is the more dominant variable on the performance of Jambuluwuk Malioboro
Boutique Hotel Yogyakarta employees than the leadership style and work motivation is evidenced
by the standard β = 0.331 ≥ 0.211 ≥ 0.176 with a significant level of 0.000 ≤ 0.022 ≥ 0.003.
