PREDICTING PERFORMANCE OF FRONTLINER: ASSESSING THE ROLES OF MOTIVATION, WORK DISCIPLINE, ENVIRONMENT PT KERETA API PARIWISATA DAOP VI YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Based on motivation, discipline, and work environment, this study attempts to forecast Frontliner performance at PT Kereta Api Pariwisata Daop VI Yogyakarta. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a quantitative approach. The findings show that Frontliners' performance is positively and significantly impacted by motivation, work discipline, and the workplace. These results verify that improving these three elements will immediately maximize service productivity. These findings can serve as a strategic guide for human resource management.
